Transnational Project Meeting in Split – Day 2

How much we have learned on our second day of meeting in Split (Croatia)? Decisively, a lot!

In addition to working on our DISJOB project, carrying out all the activities on the agenda and planning the pending tasks, we had the opportunity to learn a lot from our Croatian partners.

Namely, our host, CABPS, is an organisation that works for the inclusion of people with visual impairment. On the 2nd day of our meeting, they organized a visit to an Early Childhood Centre for children with visual impairment (COO Vinko Bek), where the experts work on providing support and help to children with visual impairments to better integrate into mainstream schools.

Afterwards, our host held a quick practical presentation of technical aids that visually impaired people use in their daily lives, and we had a short class on how to appropriately approach and communicate with VIPs.

A huge thank you to our Croatian partners for the excellent organisation!
