The project consortium has been created precisely because all partners have recognised the importance of working together on certain issues, including addressing the difficulties experienced by people with disabilities in accessing the labor market.
The following organizations have been gathered by the consortium:
The Coordinator, La Brújula was born from the social commitment acquired with the group of people with disabilities, with the aim of improving their quality of life and increasing their possibilities of social and labour insertion… and to achieve this objective, it seeks to motivate all the agents involved in this process of insertion, providing different services:
- Advice, consultancy and training service in the field of disability for the business sector, with the aim of effectively incorporating people with disabilities into ordinary companies.
- Management services for grants and subsidies, offered by public and private entities for associations, non- profit organisations, foundations, etc.
- Training services, offering a wide range of specific training actions in the field of disability.
Although it is a newly created company, the staff of La Brújula. Formació inclusiva has extensive experience in carrying out training and professional guidance actions, both for people with disabilities and for professionals and other agents who interact with the group on a daily basis. Professional guidance takes on special importance as a resource to facilitate the social and labour insertion of people with disabilities, through advice, information and support in the search for employment or resources that improve their chances of insertion. Seeking inclusion and attention to diversity through training and social and labour integration are our objectives, seeking to achieve equal opportunities for all people.

Romanian partner Agentia Judeteana pentru Ocuparea Fortei de Munca Vaslui was founded in 1998. It is the Romanian public employment service which organises and coordinates at local level the employment activity as well as the social protection of the unemployed by implementing the employment policies and strategies developed by the Ministry of Labour, Family and Equal Opportunities.
It provides information, counselling and intermediation services to job seekers or unemployed people, as well as information and counselling to potential employers. The services offered are free of charge. The services offered by AJOFM Vaslui are information, counselling and career guidance, job search, vocational training, advice on setting up a business, stimulating labour mobility and supplementing the wage income of employees.
AJOFM Vaslui’s priorities are sustainable growth, reduction of development disparities, convergence, employment and rights.

Croatian partner is The Association of the Blind of Split County which is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation for people with disabilities. CABPS is actively involved in the development and implementation of projects at local, national and international level.
The Association was founded with the aim of working for the common and public good of blind people. Their mission is to promote, develop and improve the situation of blind people in the local community. The main objective of the Association is to contribute to the creation of an egalitarian society by promoting human rights, implementing anti-discrimination policies and organising public activities to achieve understanding, acceptance and respect for the differences of people with disabilities, especially blind people.
The Split County Association of the Blind has been bringing together blind people from Split-Dalmatia County since 1951. In 2021, the Association celebrated 70 years of continuous work and implementation of activities, programmes and projects aimed at improving the quality of everyday life of blind people.
